Yes! We offer international shipping to a handful of countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that orders to international countries (including Canada) may be charged duties and taxes upon delivery. We do not collect VAT, taxes, or any other fees at checkout, and you will be responsible for any additional fees upon delivery.
Yes. All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

First, check your tracking link for updates. If it’s been more than: 10 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international) since your order shipped, please contact us at hello@softboirecords.com and we’ll investigate.
Tracking info for your order is available as soon as the label has been printed. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, you have up to 5 days after your package is marked as "delivered" to inform us of your issue. Please email us at hello@softboirecords.com and we’ll do our best to work something out.
We take great care to pack your records safely, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@softboirecords.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We aim to ship most orders in 2-3 business days, sometimes faster. We will post shipping cutoff times for USA holidays as they approach.
Your order will ship once every item in the order is in stock. So, if you order an in-stock item and a pre-order item, your order will not ship until the pre-order item becomes available. Pre-order estimates are posted on the item’s page and get updated as the date approaches. You can request to split the order and have items shipped separately, howeer an additional shipping cost will apply.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we’ll contact you. You may need to cover the cost of re-shipping the order.
Pre-ordered items can be cancelled and/or returned for a full refund anytime before the physical product ships. If the order is already delivered to the customer, they will be responsible for postage back to SoftBoi Records. Once the item is received, a refund (less shipping) will be issued.
